If something defines Gastronou, it is the fact that it is a family business. The founders, Vicente Castelló and Vicentina Such, opened the doors of the nou Manolín bar-restaurant in 1972.
Their children, Jose Juan and Silvia, have led this group for 25 years, which Carlos (3rd generation) has already joined.
The values that explain its philosophy are: respect for raw materials, teamwork and hospitality.
